Most of us
have heard about the Proverbs 31 woman.
She works faithfully and diligently.
She provides for the physical and spiritual needs of her family.
She is a generous steward of God’s resources.
She cares about her personal appearance.
She reaches out to the poor.
She has a God-given spirit of dignity and peace.
She is wise, and is loved.
She has a deep reverence for the Lord.
Have you
ever thought that these attributes are not just for women, but all of us? God’s expectations will
either intimidate you or build your confidence. It’s up to you how to respond.
But if you want to fully enjoy the good gifts God has given you, don’t sit on
the sidelines with them. Use them to make a difference in this world.
Be all that God made you for by putting your gifts and talents in play
to honor Him. Amen?
