God's Ways

There are three things to remember when in crisis:

- Those in whom Christ is formed will show it. Christians receive the Holy Spirit in to their lives, and people will notice. – Read Acts 2:1-13

- Keep your eyes on God during a crisis. Believers should respond differently to problems in their lives. – Read Philippians 4:4-7

- Trust God even when it doesn’t make sense. God works on an entirely different plane than we do.

8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.- Isaiah 55:8-9

Remember: God always provides the best solution to our problems.
20-23 While he was trying to figure a way out, he had a dream. God’s angel spoke in the dream: “Joseph, son of David, don’t hesitate to get married. Mary’s pregnancy is Spirit-conceived. God’s Holy Spirit has made her pregnant. She will bring a son to birth, and when she does, you, Joseph, will name him Jesus—‘God saves’—because he will save his people from their sins.” This would bring the prophet’s embryonic sermon to full term: Watch for this—a virgin will get pregnant and bear a son; They will name him Immanuel (Hebrew for “God is with us”). Matthew 1:22-23

Be wise today and always - remember God knows what you need best.
