Determines

What you believe determines what you will do. This is a powerful statement on why we do what we do. It's also an indictment on our faith. We say we really believe in the Bible, but then there is not much evidence of it in our actions. Where is the disconnect? One thing I am sure of is that the problem is never God! The problem is our lack of faith that comes in the form of doubt, closed eyes, pride, stiff necks, and hard hearts.  Jesus said, "Blessed are those who hear the Word of God, and obey it." - Luke 11:28 What do believe?  Consider what the world sees you do, and then ask Jesus to help you get better. Amen?
