I saw a video recently on making your life an offering. It has had a great impact on me especially as we start a new year. This concept is based off of Romans 12:1 – Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
Take your ordinary everyday
life and place it before God as an offering.
Worship is saying:
I trust You - even when your eyes don’t see it
Thy will be done - even when your heart doesn’t feel like it
I’ll follow You - even when your mind doesn’t understand
it
There is no greater act of
worship than giving God all of you. Open your hands to praise and worship Him.
Even if you have to pry them open!
Be wise today and always.
Commit your ordinary everyday life to God as your offering.
