Remembering

On Memorial Day we honor and remember those who have given their lives for our freedom. One great freedom is to worship God without the intervention of the government. We should never take that for granted or treat it carelessly.

As Christ followers we need to remember and understand about what the Bible has to say to us. Knowledge of God's Word is the key to understanding His will and plan for us. It will transform you and allow you to live in His perfect will.

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.-Romans 12:2

Seek His wisdom and purpose for your life. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is -Ephesians 5:17.

You will be able to pray with confidence to ask boldly for His promises and desires for your life. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 1 John 5:14

Seek first and always the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Amen?
