Finding Your Purpose

For us as followers of Christ, it matters a great deal which way we go because we have a definite destination in mind. We have set forth on a journey. We are people who are valued by God and equipped with what we need to make it where we are bound. – Isaiah 50:7

It’s far easier to talk a good talk than to walk the walk.
Even Elijah had his low moments. – 1 Kings 19

What Are We Doing Here?

Is there a verse that guides your life and way of thinking?

God establishes a little section of His Word deep within you that becomes a spiritual foundation upon which to build your life. Keep your eyes and heart open for a Scripture that speaks to you in a personal way. When you come across verses that speaks to you, write them down, memorize them, and hide them in your heart to meditate on their meaning for your life.

What has brought true joy into your life so far?

Look back over your life and identify those events and activities that seem to inspire your soul or encourage your heart.

The more you get to know yourself, the more likely it is that you’ll hone in on the purposes that ring true in your life.

How can you best honor God?

You don’t have to become a missionary or minister to give a right answer.
Honor God with your lives – dependable, loving, caring, doing our best, and sharing Jesus with the world around us. – 1 Peter 3:15

Each one of us has been given “unique” eyes to see God’s grander view in a way that honors Him. We are blessed. – Psalm 20:4

Have a good Godly day.
