2 Corinthians 12:7 To keep me from
becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was
given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me.
Trials remind us
to not let our trust in the Lord turn into presumption and spiritual
self-satisfaction. Our dependence in God comes from our faith, trust, and love in
Him. The focus should always be on Christ and not us.
Be
wise today and always – humble yourself in the sight of the Lord.
