Being a Christ follower is not a passive
activity. Look at the example of the early church. They were constantly
meeting, praying, and sharing their faith. We should all seek a “pro-active”
kind of faith! God's Word says in Philemon 6, "I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith so that you may
know every good thing you have in Christ Jesus."
So, what does it mean to be active? It’s
pretty clear:
1. Always keep your focus vertical on
Jesus.
2. Always be sharing the way to Christ
with the world around you.
3. Always let everyone know (starting with
God) that everything you have comes from Christ.
Take the risk for Jesus. Live it and give
it. Amen?
