Our culture teaches us to look out for
ourselves and that we deserve some sort of entitlement. It’s pretty obvious. Do
we ever consider what God deserves? If we do, then how are we doing? God's Word
says in 2 Chronicles 29:29, "When
the offerings were finished, the king and everyone present with him knelt down
and worshipped." They gave of their treasure, time, and talents, but
knew there was more.
God has given us everything we have, so
we’re just returning it. But our worship is from us! It follows what Jesus said
is the greatest thing we can do – love (worship) the Lord, our God, with all
our heart, mind, body, and soul.
Regardless who you are God deserves and
requires us to worship Him. Right now, thank Him, and praise Him for all He has
done for you
