I love all the posts I've seen about people
giving thanks during this Thanksgiving season! I also am thankful for so many
things, but the One who makes all of our "thankfulness" possible
sometimes gets left out. I am reminded of a song about the subject by Don Moen.
Today meditate on these words, and praise God for giving us His Son.
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the Holy One
Give thanks because He's given Jesus Christ,
His Son
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the Holy One
Give thanks because He's given Jesus Christ,
His Son
And now let the weak say, "I am
strong"
Let the poor say, "I am rich
Because of what the Lord has done for
us"
And now let the weak say, "I am
strong"
Let the poor say, "I am rich
Because of what the Lord has done for
us"
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the Holy One
Give thanks because He's given Jesus Christ,
His Son
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the Holy One
Give thanks because He's given Jesus Christ,
His Son
And now let the weak say, "I am

And now let the weak say, "I am

Give thanks
We give thanks to You oh Lord
We give thanks
Amen?
