Philippians
4:13 encourages us with: “I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens
Me!” We all say Amen to that, but going forward do we realize what “all things”
really means? Let’s get our focus right – all things are His things – God’s
ways and commands. So, it includes loving Him with all you have, overflowing
love on to others, being Joyful, Praying, and to Give Thanks always. All things
are God’s will - “Rejoice
always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s
will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
It
definitely includes sharing the Gospel: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel,
because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes:
first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. For in the gospel the righteousness of
God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it
is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” – Romans 1:16-17
I am not ashamed of the
Gospel, and I will apply it to my life. Amen?
