Rick Warren says that there are five ways to build your life
on the Bible:
1.
Receive it with your ears.
The Bible tells us in Romans 10:17 “Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through
the Word of Christ.”
2.
Read it with your eyes.
3.
Research it with your hands and mouth.
It’s not study unless you have a pen or pencil and you’re
writing it down. Ask question and talk to other mature believers.
4.
Review and remember with your mind.
5.
Respond to it with your actions.
James 1:22 “Do not merely listen to the Word, and so
deceive yourselves. Do what it says!” Turn it into actions.
