week in 40 Days In The Word
In John 6:63 Jesus said: “The
words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life!” God’s word is not
mere words. It’s ALIVE! We see in Hebrews 4:12, The word of
God is LIVING and ACTIVE. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates
even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and
attitudes of the heart.”
Like a highly skilled
surgeon, the Word of god can cut right to the point. That is exactly what we
need in order to live the way God intended us too.
D. L. Moody said, “The
bible was not created to increase our knowledge but to change us.”
The Word of God can only
change us if we allow it to live in us. Make the Bible part of who you are –
consume it every day.

love, learn, and live the Word.
