Three truths about Leadership:
1. Everyone is a leader Everyone leads at some level.
Leadership in essence is
Influence and when Christ is leading them churches and businesses will be led
differently because Christ centered leaders make a sacrificial commitment to
doing it God’s way and not the world’s way.
2. Lead where you are
We are all on a spiritual
journey that needs Christ Centered Leadership.
- The
culture (world) will gobble up people if leaders do not prevail – the church
will continue to shrink
3. No one leads alone
We
need to be equipping churches in order for all of us to grow.

Jesus
shows up when we open up to His will and ways.
We are Christ’ bride. Are we ready for the groom?
