Focus on Today

The lessons for life that we can learn from Jeremiah’s story are invaluable. Many times we feel we have failed because we don’t see instant results. The fruit of ministry may not come immediately but it will come eventually. We are to stay faithful - focused on God’s plan for our life. Jeremiah gives us a great model on how to live with integrity in a sinful world.

We long for heaven but we must live for God in the present. Even during hard times we have promises for today. Look up these verses concerning:

God takes care of our needs – Matthew 6:11

God provides a Savior – Luke 23:43

Jesus is eternal - Hebrews 13:8

We need to respond – Hebrews 3:15

My goal and desire for, Lessons for Life, is that we can learn from Jeremiah how to stand tall with God’s help in a fallen world, and live for God today.

Be wise today and always - live, follow, and focus on Christ today and every day.
