Life has it’s trials, hardships, and valleys – but we don’t have to go through them alone. Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” - Hebrews 13:5-6
Sometimes
God calms the storm, and sometimes He calms His child. In both instances
remember He is there for you. Trust in Him through the storms in life. Read
Psalm 23 and apply it to your storm. A
psalm of David.
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack
nothing.2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet
waters, 3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right
paths for his name’s sake. 4 Even though I walk through the
darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and
your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before
me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my
cup overflows. 6 Surely your goodness and love will follow
me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Thank
you, Jesus, for walking with me through the valleys in this life, and to glory
in eternity. Amen?
