We all need friends. Did you know the Bible gives us advice on friendship? A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. - Proverbs 18:24 I hope you know that Jeus is your friend, but God desires us to have Godly friends in the flesh as well. I preached these points years ago,and it's a good reminder on what to look for in a friend.
A Good Friend Will Give You:
Good Cheer - brings joy
A Listening Ear - take time to understand
A Sensitive Tear - compassion
A Kick in the Rear - when we need one
Truth Without Fear - speaks honestly
A true friend will know when you need each one!
Be wise today and always - be a Godly friend to someone.
